LoreCTCP Chuong Duong Beverage was formerly the Usine Belgique factory of B.G.I Group (France).

1960s
This is the largest beverage factory in the South before 1975.

1970s
In mid-1977, BGI Group officially transferred ownership and handed over the whole factory to the state with the name of Freshwater Plant. Chuong Duong.

1980s
In July 1977, BGI Group handed over the entire factory to the State of Vietnam with the name Chuong Duong Freshwater Plant under the Southern Beer Company.

1990s
In 1993, the company changed its name to Chuong Duong Beverage Company under Vietnam Beer, Beverage and Beverage Corporation.

2000s
In 2004, Chuong Duong officially moved to operate as a joint stock company and listed on HOSE two years later.

In particular, San Si products affirmed their unique position in the market of Sodas. June 2, 2004 marked an important turning point of Chuong Duong. The company officially changed its name to Chuong Duong Beverage Joint Stock Company, operating in the form of a joint stock company with a capital contribution ratio of 51% from Saigon Beer Alcohol Corporation (SABECO). Then increased to 61.9% in 2012.
